  • Home soon...eek! =S (+ intake etc.)

    Did day number 6 of my non-stop gymming week today. Felt shattered once again when I came home - probably because I'm not eating enough as it is - let alone enough to support my workouts! But I don't care, because I actually felt my stomach looked a little flatter thismorning!

    Going home this week though. Probably on thursday morning, that way I can get to the gym for free with my parents as they're going that day too (and I don't have a membership in my hometown atm but they can sneak me into the work one!) So plan being to work out tomorrow, clean my room and pack my stuff, leave thursday to go home, workout with the parents, and then rest friday before hopefully going to the 'borrowed' gym again on saturday. So that'll have been 8 days solid of working out in a row.

    Just hope that I can control the eating once I get home aswell!! I will be going on holiday in a week and a half and I don't wanna totally fuck up the week that I'm at home before we fly out! Just gonna stick to the fruit for breakfast, nothing or salad for lunch, veggies for tea and some cereal if I really crave it. It's more than I've been eating this week but I need to be realistic that the temptations are gonna be there!

    Intake = (AM) Peas and sweetcorn with own tomato sauce and a little grated cheddar / Green tea  (MID) Black coffee  (PM) small apple, small satsuma, bit of dry cereal, Green tea.

    Outtake = 30 mins home toning exercises / 1 hour elliptical / 1 hour static bike / 10 mins power walk on treadmill

    Still, I feel like I'm settling into my old habits a bit more now and I'm so happy about that at least. Just gotta weigh once I get home on thursday and hope I havn't gained....although I'm not expecting to have lost too much as my muscle has probably gone up a bit in this last couple of weeks!

  • Pee-Prevention / Intake shizz...

    Yes. Once again my need-to-pee prevented me from staying longer at the gym. FFS. But to be honest, was feeling knackered really quickly today so didn't stay quite as long as I'd have liked to. Probably a good decision as when I got back to my room, I lay on my back on the floor to cool down but couldn't bring myself to move for over 15minutes! Then I felt mega sick but ate anyway so I don't feel the need to binge later on tonight!...

    So, Intake = (AM) small dark choc biscuit & small apple   (MID) 2 small satsumas   (PM) peas in self-made tomato sauce.

    Also had one black coffee and 1 1/2 green teas today.

    Outtake = 30mins toners at home / 1 hour elliptical / 1 hour cycling

    Gonna head to the gym a bit later tomorrow and drink water over a longer period of time...then hopefully that'll mean no headache OR overwhelming urge to pee too early! Haha!!

  • Gymmy Gym Gym Gymmy!

    Yup, keeping up with the gymming!

    Thanks to saviour's iPod loanage, I managed to calm my self the fuck down enough to be in the mood to gym - it's good anger management for me also I feel!

    Did 30 mins rowing, 1 hour cycling and 1 hour on the elliptical. (Plus more than 30mins of my home-toning shite)

    Didn't get a headache till after I left today so I obviously drank enough first this time...however, that did mean I had to leave earlier than I wanted because I needed to pee so bad.....I mean GEEZ! Give me a happy medium here goddamit! Wanted to stay another 30mins to do the step machine before the gym closed but evidently my bladder prevented this.

    Still, I'm not gonna feel guilty as that's the best workout I've done so far this week!

    As for food; I literally had bits of fruit through the day then had some veggies at lunchtime. So with that AND the workout; I flatly refuse to feel guilty about the thin slice of my housemates homemade lemon drizzle spongecake that I ate =) having had something sweet should stop me craving something later now.

    Good times.

    Think I could also be in a good mood as mother-nature-and-her-monthly-gift have FINALLY kindly fucked off? Probably.

     

  • WARNING...I am about to vent until I'm blue in the face!

    Ok first off, food-wise; what the hell is up with my incapabitlity to stop craving my binge food right now?! (these being chocolate spread from the jar and sugary cereals). Like I should be happy because I have no money to buy any now anyway, so its out my way, but I am like desperate for it come dinner time!

    What happened to the 'cravings go after 10-15mins of ignoring them' thing?! And how the fuck have I managed before?! Geez.

    Then, my iPod goes and fucks up on me. Now, this may not be a problem, but, it worked momentarily as i tried charging it as it was flat, then it gave the hell up and wont do a-n-y-t-h-i-n-g   at all! It's under warranty so I can get a new one.....providing I find the reciept when I get home....which also means I can't get the new one till I get home....oh yeah did I mention I've not even had it 2 months yet?!

    Yup. 2 months. I'm 20 yrs old and after years of buying cheap mp3's, i finally gave into the apple empire and brought an iPod. Fat lot of good that did. I never had problems with my blackberry and I've had that for over a year.

    In the meantime, my friend has been kind enough to give me his fully functioning iPod for the week till I leave uni so I have something to use at the gym. And he's transferred all my music to it for that time. Thank god for some people, seriously.

    Until then; all I'd like to say is Fuck. My. Life........ And apple inc.?.....

    Go suck some fat hairy balls.
